At our core, Service American is a family owned and operated company, much like many of our business partners. As we all continue to monitor and take measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we are very conscious of the impact to our business family – our policyholders, injured workers, program managers, agents, and healthcare providers. We understand these can be anxious times and we want to assure you that we are working closely with our program partners to assist policyholders that have been impacted by this event.
- We know accounts are being impacted financially and we are in continual communication with our program managers to assist them with special billing arrangements to avoid cancellation.
- If any of our clients are being shut down or impacted by reduced payroll, we will work with our program manager to endorse the policy and lower premium.
